Loan conditions Addenda® Bee Throne

  • The Addenda® Bee Throne is a piece of wooden furniture that can be loaned and used as promotional material for Addenda® Campanula and/or Addenda® Hebe in garden centres.

 

  • The Addenda® Bee Throne is the property of Addenda® and is loaned to Addenda® sales outlets as promotional material during the period when Addenda® Campanula and/or Addenda® Hebe are sold.
  • It is available free of charge, excluding transport costs, unless otherwise agreed with the borrower.

Transport

  • The borrower of the Addenda® Bee Throne is responsible for arranging the entire transport process. The transport costs are for the account of the borrower. The Addenda® Bee Throne is available for collection from an address in the Westland region, the Netherlands.

 

  • Addenda will agree the collection and return dates with the borrower.

Liability

  • Addenda® cannot be held liable if, due to circumstances, the Addenda® Bee Throne is not available or cannot be supplied during the period it was reserved by the borrower.
  • Addenda® cannot be held liable for any damage to the Bee Throne during the loan period. The garden centre that is the borrower is responsible for the careful handling and protection of the throne during the loan period.
  • If the Bee Throne is damaged during the loan period, the garden centre must notify Addenda® in advance. The repair costs are for the account of the garden centre. Addenda® will perform the repairs to the throne. If the damage is so extensive that the throne cannot be repaired, the garden centre must reimburse Addenda® for the full amount of replacing the throne.
  • The garden centre must return the Addenda® Bee Throne to Addenda® at the end of the agreed loan period in the same condition it was received in at the beginning of the loan period.

Loan period

  • The loan period of the Addenda® Bee Throne is for a full week of seven days. The seven-day period is defined as follows, unless otherwise agreed with the borrower:
    • The Addenda® Bee Throne can be collected on a Tuesday.
    • The Addenda® Bee Throne must be returned on the Monday of the following week.

 

  • If the agreed loan period is not respected and the Addenda® Bee Throne is not returned in time, we will be obliged to charge an amount of €50 per day for the extended loan period starting from the day after the original return date.
  • Any exceptions to the stated collection and return days must be agreed in advance between Addenda® and the garden centre that borrows the throne.
