What does Be(e) friendly actually mean? Be kind to the bees and to nature!
Provide food for the bees by planting various flowering plants such as Campanula from Addenda! Healthy plants are food for bees. That is why Addenda is committed to healthy plants that are safe for animals and the environment.

Campanula – bellflower
In the BEE CITY you can see cheerful Addenda® Campanula plants, also known as bellflowers because of the bell-shaped flowers. Campanula is an ideal perennial for bees; it flowers several times a year for about 4 to 6 weeks at a time and is frost-hardy. Plenty of enjoyment for you and the bees!
Artificial grass of the future used in BEE CITY
The artificial grass in the BEE CITY is not just any artificial grass, a sustainable turf from FieldTurf has been chosen. The turf is largely made of recycled plastic and old artificial turf. Because all materials consist of one type of plastic, the mat is completely recycled at the end of its lifespan. A new turf can be made from the raw materials from the old turf. A sustainable, circular turf! After the Floriade Expo 2022, the artificial grass will be given a second life or will be taken back by FieldTurf to be able to use the raw materials for making new artificial grass.
