Loan<\/strong> conditions Addenda\u00ae Bee Throne <\/strong><\/h1>\n

  • The Addenda\u00ae Bee Throne is a piece of wooden furniture that can be loaned and used as promotional material for Addenda\u00ae Campanula and\/or Addenda\u00ae Hebe in garden centres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

      \n
    • The Addenda\u00ae Bee Throne is the property of Addenda\u00ae and is loaned to Addenda\u00ae sales outlets as promotional material during the period when Addenda\u00ae Campanula and\/or Addenda\u00ae Hebe are sold.<\/li>\n
    • It is available free of charge<\/strong>, excluding transport costs, unless otherwise agreed with the borrower.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Transport<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • The borrower of the Addenda\u00ae Bee Throne is responsible for arranging the entire transport process. The transport costs are for the account of the borrower. The Addenda\u00ae Bee Throne is available for collection from an address in the Westland region, the Netherlands.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

         <\/p>\n

          \n
        • Addenda will agree the collection and return dates with the borrower.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Addenda\u00ae cannot be held liable if, due to circumstances, the Addenda\u00ae Bee Throne is not available or cannot be supplied during the period it was reserved by the borrower.<\/li>\n
          • Addenda\u00ae cannot be held liable for any damage to the Bee Throne during the loan period. The garden centre that is the borrower is responsible for the careful handling and protection of the throne during the loan period.<\/li>\n
          • If the Bee Throne is damaged during the loan period, the garden centre must notify Addenda\u00ae in advance. The repair costs are for the account of the garden centre. Addenda\u00ae will perform the repairs to the throne. If the damage is so extensive that the throne cannot be repaired, the garden centre must reimburse Addenda\u00ae for the full amount of replacing the throne.<\/li>\n
          • The garden centre must return the Addenda\u00ae Bee Throne to Addenda\u00ae at the end of the agreed loan period in the same condition it was received in at the beginning of the loan period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Loan period<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • The loan period of the Addenda\u00ae Bee Throne is for a full week of seven days. The seven-day period is defined as follows, unless otherwise agreed with the borrower:\n
                \n
              • The Addenda\u00ae Bee Throne can be collected on a Tuesday.<\/li>\n
              • The Addenda\u00ae Bee Throne must be returned on the Monday of the following week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                 <\/p>\n

                  \n
                • If the agreed loan period is not respected and the Addenda\u00ae Bee Throne is not returned in time, we will be obliged to charge an amount of \u20ac50 per day for the extended loan period starting from the day after the original return date.<\/li>\n
                • Any exceptions to the stated collection and return days must be agreed in advance between Addenda\u00ae and the garden centre that borrows the throne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
